Thanks for buying our book! For ease of getting you the PDF, try Exalted Funeral's customer service. All the physical books should have a PDF included with it.
Details on getting the PDF you've bought are here and the PDF should be under your account profile. If it's not there, try contacting them directly via email: support@exaltedfuneral.com
It's probably best you get this addressed at the source if it is a bug so that you don't miss out on other PDFs from books you've bought.

Thanks! I’m sorry for the misunderstanding, I bought the book from a different store, one here in Europe. I emailed Exalted Funeral a few days ago but have not heard back from them yet. Don’t know if they will provide me with the pdf since I didn’t buy the book from them directly.
